Auguri Kosher Trattoria KMD stands as a unique gem in Ciudad de Mexico, blending the rich traditions of kosher dining with the vibrant flavors of Italian and Mexican cuisine. It invites guests into an environment where the focus is clearly on the dining experience. Whether you come for a casual meal or a special occasion, the space feels comfortable and elegant, a perfect backdrop for savoring the diverse and thoughtfully prepared dishes.

The menu is extensive yet refined, featuring standout dishes such as the Carpaccio Di Manzo, which critics and regulars alike hail for its perfect balance of olive oil and tender beef. The Salmon Chef's Special is a highlight, described as a flavor bomb that reveals the kitchen’s skill in combining fresh ingredients with bold, well-executed profiles. Those craving something unique might delight in the Pollo Orange Chicken, an expertly prepared dish that offers a satisfying twist on a classic favorite, or the Paella, which showcases the restaurant’s ability to cross culinary borders while respecting kosher guidelines.

Not only does Auguri excel in main dishes, but its appetizers like the bamboo sushi and shishito peppers provide a fresh and exciting start to any meal. Side dishes and smaller plates such as focaccia and calzone maintain a high standard, contributing to the layered experience that keeps guests returning.

Auguri’s service is frequently praised for being attentive and knowledgeable. Staff members, like Senor Rivera, are appreciated for helping navigate the menu, which is primarily in Spanish, ensuring that language is no barrier to enjoying the full range of offerings. The restaurant strikes a fine balance between attentive care and unobtrusive presence, elevating the overall dining experience.

Though some find the pricing on the higher side, many agree that the quality of ingredients, the authenticity of the flavors, and the meticulous presentation justify the expense. Auguri Kosher Trattoria KMD targets diners seeking an elevated kosher meal paired with attentive service and a refined ambience, making it ideal for those who value both tradition and innovation in their culinary adventures.

For anyone exploring kosher cuisine within Mexico City, Auguri is more than a restaurant—it’s a destination. Its combination of Mexican warmth and kosher culinary standards creates an inclusive dining experience worth discovering. Whether indulging in the rib eye or sampling inventive cocktails like the spicy margarita, patrons can expect a harmonious blend of taste, culture, and hospitality.

The food was delicious. The salmon chef's special was outstanding. A flavor bomb. The orange peel chicken was tasty too. The artichoke soup was lemony and fresh tasting. Our server Senor Rivera was excellent with attention to detail and helped us order since the menu was only in Spanish. Highly recommend. Pricey but worth it

The food was authentic Mexican and with the various sauces allowed us to control our own level of heat. The service was outstanding with multiple attentive staff constantly checking up and replenishing the sides. I recommend this restaurant which is 3 restaurants in 1.

Best dining experience I have had in a long, long time. This has to be one of the best spots to eat in Mexico. The service of the staff was excellent, and the food was out of this world. We ordered for 5 people to share and had an excellent meal. The beef carpaccio with olive oil is 10/10, as well as the artichokes and the crispy chicken.

Legitimately this was the most beautiful meal I have shared with my husband in nearly 5 years of date nights. Without a doubt better than any meal we have gotten in Las vegas, New York or LA. It is a super cute little courtyard, outdoor seating with heat lamps and a large screen TV. The menu is everything you could ever want and every dish we ordered was absolutely excellent. Rafa was our sever and he was lovely, spoke English well and was patient with us explaining everything. We ordered a crazy selection because we couldn't choose just one thing, the chicken teriyaki sushi was so delicious, the carciofi alla Romana was the most beautifully balanced artichoke dish, chicken fried rice, delicious, Mongolian beef was beautifully tender and wonderful, the lettuce wraps were sensational. Definitely get a cocktail, they are fresh and well made. Service was attentive and despite ordering crazy amounts, prices were basically the same as what we would have spend in the US for 2 entrées, 2 cocktails and a shared appetizer, and this again was the best kosher meal we have eaten and such a nice dining experience. Do not leave Mexico City without stopping by. We will absolutely be back our next visit. (Price spent is in Pesos not USD)
